Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Thesis Writing Cafe, we are committed to delivering quality academic support that meets your expectations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your order before a consultant has been assigned and work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any payment made. 2. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If you cancel your order after a consultant has been assigned and work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work not yet completed. The amount refunded will be calculated as follows:

  • Less than 25% complete: 75% refund of the total fee paid
  • 25-50% complete: 50% refund of the total fee paid
  • 50-75% complete: 25% refund of the total fee paid
  • More than 75% complete: No refund applicable

3. Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions at no additional cost until you are satisfied with the delivered work and it meets the originally agreed specifications. We strongly encourage clients to request revisions before considering a cancellation, as revisions are provided free of charge and without limitation.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The work delivered matches the agreed specifications and the client requirements have changed after delivery
  • The client has already submitted the delivered work to their institution
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than a deviation from agreed requirements
  • Orders placed more than 90 days ago

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. If you paid via bank transfer or UPI, please provide your account details at the time of the refund request.
